If you know me, you know I think 'hate' is a strong word. But here we go, what I love to hate.....This picture was taken today at 1:00 pm. The subject: my husbands 'briefcase' and jacket on the trunk in the family room. Before he even reaches this trunk he passes a set of three hooks for jackets. They are literally on the left wall of the entry way. My three year old and seven year old manage to hang their jackets there. But why is my husband incapable of this task? The reason it gets under my skin is all self projected. I take it personally. Does he think the rules don't apply to him? Does he know if he leaves it there long enough I will give in and hang it up for him? Does he have no regard for the living space I try to keep tidy on a daily basis. Does he realize that he is setting a bad example for our children and the importance of taking responsibility for our belongings? I wish any of these reasons applied to him but they don't. He is simply trying to get through the door as quickly as possible in order to shower me with kisses after a long day at work......really! really?
This is Joy of Love: Day 5.
I hate when my love leaves his stuff on the couch instead of hanging it up! The bench is SUPER cute though, what a great color.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I have a dog similar to yours. She's a blue heeler, is yours?
